Plain-language policies for every PPG client.
- Card, HSA/FSA, cash, or check. Superbills available on request; reimbursement not guaranteed.
- Payment is due before or at the time of service.
- 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancel: $30. No-show: $50.
- Plans renew automatically when one session is left (card on file required) and expire 90 days after purchase.
- Plans are non-transferable. No refunds for completed services.
- Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign all forms.
- Results vary and are not guaranteed. PPG services are not a substitute for emergency or physician care.
